The Oregon Law Commission recently announced that Keith Dubanevich had been appointed as Commissioner. Dubanevich is a trial and appellate lawyer with over 30 years of experience in more than a dozen different jurisdictions around the country.
He focuses his practice on complex dispute resolution and has extensive experience handling multi-state and international antitrust cases, consumer litigation and securities disputes.
The Oregon Law Commission is the neutral, nonpartisan legislative reform body for the State of Oregon. The Commission was created in 1997 by the Legislative Assembly to conduct a continuous program of law reform.
