A $19 million settlement on behalf of former Rentrak Corporation shareholders was approved by the Multnomah County Court on September 12, 2017.
The lawsuit arose out of the merger of Rentrak Corporation and comScore, Inc. This is believed to be one of the largest cash settlements in the history of merger-and-acquisition litigation in Oregon. The class overwhelmingly supported the settlement, with no opt outs or objections. Tim DeJong and Nadia Dahab served as liaison counsel for the class.
