State of Oregon Gains Lead Plaintiff Status Against CenturyLink

The State of Oregon has been designated as lead plaintiff in a national class action lawsuit against internet, telephone, and TV service provider CenturyLink. The lawsuit, filed in 2017, is over the decline in stock values after allegations by employees that CenturyLink forced them to secretly add services and charges to customer accounts. The decline in this stock value affected the Oregon Public Employees Retirement Fund with a $6 million loss.

Keith Dubanevich of Stoll Berne are serving as co-lead counsel with Bernstein Litowitz for the State of Oregon.
