Robert Stoll Honored by Campaign for Equal Justice

The Lawyers’ Campaign for Equal Justice honored Robert Stoll with The Henry H. Hewitt Access to Justice Award on March 4, 2008.

This award is reserved for recognition of an individual who, through strong leadership, consistent effort and commitment to the ideal of equal justice under the law, has made a substantial contribution to legal aid for low-income Oregonians.

Robert has throughout his career advocated for legal services for people living in poverty and also for increased state funding for legal aid. In the mid-1990’s, Robert teamed with legal aid lawyers to improve the legal system for individuals with disabilities. Since then, he has generously given his time and expert knowledge to help resolve other complex systemic cases

Robert has also been a member of the Campaign for Equal Justice Advisory committee since 1994 and Stoll Berne was one of the first firms to achieve one hundred percent attorney participation in the Campaign.
