Oregon’s Insurance Regulator Fines Providence Health Plan $100,000 for Violations Uncovered in Litigation Brought by Stoll Berne

Providence Health Plan was recently fined by Oregon’s insurance regulator for violations uncovered in the autism litigation suit brought by Stoll Berne.
