UPDATE – June 25, 2018: A federal judge at the U.S. District Court in Portland, Oregon has ordered that immigration attorneys be allowed access to the 121 immigrant detainees at the Sheridan, Oregon detention center.
Stoll Berne attorneys Keith Ketterling and Nadia Dahab are currently working as pro bono counsel with the Innovation Law Lab and the ACLU of Oregon on an emergency lawsuit to give detained Oregon immigrants access to lawyers.
