Joined with counsel for defendant, Jim McDermott of Ball Janik LLP, they held a lively presentation on their firsthand knowledge of the history and impact of this litigation. This case spanned over 11 years and had three trips to Oregon’s Appellate Courts where significant law was made but significant questions still remain. They both offered their perspectives on where the law is going.
