Stoll Berne attorney Jacob Gill has been elected chairperson of the Oregon State Bar Securities Regulation Section. Jacob has served on the section executive committee since 2009, including as secretary and treasurer. His term begins January 1, 2014.
As chairperson, Jacob will lead the section in providing professional education and development opportunities to Oregon attorneys in the area of securities law and regulation.
Jacob, who joined Stoll Berne in 2003, represents clients in a broad range of matters, including securities/regulatory compliance, complex business and securities litigation, and patent, trademark and other intellectual property litigation and licensing.
