Susquehanna Bank settles excessive overdraft class action

FeeAnother in a long line of settlements by banks in excessive overdraft class action litigation has occurred.

On January 29, customers of Susquehanna Bank filed a motion asking Judge King, a district judge in Florida, to approve a $3.68 million settlement, in which Susquehanna Bank will also pay all costs.  Judge King, has presided over numerous of these cases that were transferred to him by the MDL panel.
