Class action filed against General Mills over GMO’s in Nature Valley snacks

A proposed class action was filed recently in California federal court alleging that General Mills deceptively marketed its Nature Valley snacks as all-natural when they actually contain genetically modified organisms.  The complaint alleges that this was a misrepresentation under California unfair competition laws.  The complaint says the class will be made up of California buyers of Nature Valley snacks.
