toxicA class action lawsuit has been filed by a group of Portland, Oregon residents arising out of an air pollution scare.

The lawsuit was filed in Multnomah County Circuit Court against Bullseye Glass and contends that the company did not protect nearby residents from pollution.

According to the complaint, the glass company burned heavy metals in furnaces without proper pollution controls. The lawsuit is seeking an injunction against the company to prevent it from burning metals in the furnaces until proper pollution controls are installed.
