Stoll Berne represented a class of over 2,000 current and former tenants on claims against property manager Quantum Residential for charging illegal nonrefundable bond fees. Steve Larson and Jen Wagner successfully negotiated a settlement which allowed current tenants to obtain a refund of the entire fee, and also provided a significant refund to former tenants.
