Andy Davis served as lead counsel for Daimler Truck North America LLC in its acquisition of land for a build-to-suit vehicle research and development facility, including durability track and related buildings. Andy prepared and negotiated a long-term ground lease agreement, economic development incentives (including Enterprise Zone tax abatement), and other related transaction documents. Through this project, the client created a number of new jobs in a designated economically distressed area while enhancing its R&D capabilities.
