Steve Berman provided legal advice and counsel to a 2014 statewide GMO labeling initiative campaign. Berman helped draft the GMO measure, participated in the ballot title review process, represented the campaign through fiscal impact statement committee hearings and before the citizen review panel, and helped direct the campaign’s monitoring of the statewide recount on the measure.
