The firm represented the Chief Operating Officer for a major food products company, who was terminated without being paid a large severance payment that was owed. The company also sought to void stock options that were owed to the COO. Prior to the initiation of a lawsuit, Stoll Berne attorneys Steve Larson and David Lokting were able to persuade the company to participate in a mediation, and the case was settled without the need for a lawsuit.
