Angelene Falconer

Angel Falconer is Stoll Berne's Litigation Support Manager.  Angel supports attorneys and the firm's clients through the entire litigation process, including conducting investigations and interviews, management of electronic and documentary evidence, deposition and trial preparation, development of graphics and trial strategies, and presentation of evidence at trial.

Angel oversees the firm's electronic evidentiary presentations in arbitration hearings and in state and federal trial courts.  Stoll Berne handles the majority of our clients' electronically stored information in-house and Angel manages the firm's e-discovery systems.  Angel has developed significant expertise in managing electronic evidence, she speaks at seminars on the topic, and writes for Stoll Berne's Legal Tech Blog.

Angel joined the firm in 2006 as a paralegal and, in addition to her management responsibilities, continues to work on all types of complex litigation including breach of contract, unfair competition, trade secrets, securities fraud, consumer law, and class actions.  Prior to moving to Portland in 2006, Angel's paralegal experience included work on cases in the areas of employment law (both for plaintiffs and defendants), product liability and personal injury defense, and helping a corporate client manage litigation worldwide.

A sports fan transplanted from Cincinnati, Ohio, Angel enjoys spending time with her family outdoors in the beautiful Pacific Northwest as well as building community right here at home. A runner, cyclist, frequent transit rider, and strong supporter of active transportation, she co-captains the firm's Bike Commute Challenge team.
