Stoll Berne Announces Approval of $2.3 Million Settlement on Behalf of Debtors

On September 14, 2017, a Federal District Court Judge in Portland approved a $2.3 million settlement of a class action brought against a debt collection firm alleged to have collected more money from debtors than it was legally entitled to collect. Stoll Berne Shareholders Josh Ross and Keil Mueller, along with co-counsel Kelly D.

Stoll Berne announces court approval of $19 million settlement on behalf of former Rentrak Corporation shareholders

A $19 million settlement on behalf of former Rentrak Corporation shareholders was approved by the Multnomah County Court on September 12, 2017. The lawsuit arose out of the merger of Rentrak Corporation and comScore, Inc.
