Stoll Berne has filed a lawsuit against Stahlbush Island Farms, Inc. on behalf of five former non-farm Stahlbush employees who were wrongfully classified as exempt and not paid overtime due by Stahlbush.

The complaint seeks class action status on behalf of all similarly situated former and current Stahlbush employees. Plaintiffs seek recovery of overtime pay, liquidated damages, penalty wages, and accrued interest.  The complaint can be found here.
