August 28, 2014 - "Court Rules for FedEx Drivers in Suit Over Job Classification," NPR

On August 27, 2014, the Ninth Circuit ruled that as a matter of law Oregon drivers were employees, not independent contractors as contended by FedEx Ground.  The ruling makes way for drivers to proceed to trial to recover overtime and improperly deducted business expenses.  Listen to this news article as reported on NPR.
