Stahlbush Farms Class Action
Stoll Berne has settled a class action lawsuit against Stahlbush Island Farms, Inc. on behalf of current and former non-farm Stahlbush employees who were wrongfully classified as exempt and not paid overtime due by Stahlbush. The federal court has approved the settlement, and certified a settlement class.  The settlement will pay qualified current and former employees overtime pay, penalty wages, and interest. UPS Supply Chain Class Action

The Smurfit case was a class action on behalf of the employees at a Smurfit plant in McMinnville, Oregon who were not timely paid when Smurfit sold the plant.
