Kelly's practice is primarily devoted to real estate transactional work. She represents clients in the development, acquisition, sale, lease, and financing of a variety of commercial office, industrial, restaurant and residential properties. She can skillfully negotiate the needs and interests of individual home owners as well as those of owners of large institutional real estate. Kelly has represented developers in the preparation of condominium filings with the Oregon Real Estate Agency for residential, commercial, and mixed-use condominiums. She also represents a variety of subdivision developers and homeowners' associations.
