Victims of the 1989 Exxon Valdez accident have few better friends than Portland attorney Bob Stoll. Shortly after the Exxon Valdez oil tanker spilled 9.5 million gallons of oil in Alaska's Prince William Sound, Stoll was enlisted to administrate the ensuing byzantine case.
