apple-logo-pomme-griseA lawsuit against Apple filed by former employees was certified as a class action.  A group of corporate and retail store employees allege in the lawsuit they were not given timely lunch and rest breaks and didn’t receive timely final paychecks under California’s labor and wage rules. It is believed that there may be as many as  20,000 current and former Apple workers included in the class.

The lawsuit is seeking damages, attorney fees and costs, and lost wages.
