mcdonalds_now_hiringLawsuits filed by employees of McDonald’s Corp. restaurants in California, New York and Michigan accused the company of failing to pay overtime and erasing hours from time records and denying workers meal and rest breaks.  In addition, the complaints allege that the fast-food giant required staff to be on time and present for work, but wait up to two hours for customers to arrive before clocking in. The lawsuits also claim that McDonald’s workers are required to pay for their uniforms, consequently reducing hourly wages below the $7.25 minimum.
