Oregon Judge certifies class action against Quantum

Judge Jerome LaBarre recently certified a class action in one of the cases Stoll Berne is handling on behalf of Oregon tenants against a Northwest property management firm. The lawsuit challenges Vancouver, Washington-based Quantum Residential Inc.’s practice of requiring tenants to purchase nonrefundable bonds in lieu of providing security deposits.
